William J. "Billy" Coulter, 83, of Stanford passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022.  Born January 8, 1939, he was the son of the late Thomas and Reva Satterly Coulter.

Billy was a US Army and a US Navy Veteran.  He was a member of Junction City First Christian Church.

Billy is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patricia Carter Coulter; sons, Joseph Scott Coulter of Hustonville and William Bradley (Angie) Coulter of Paris; daughter, Susan Michelle Coulter of Lebanon; 5 brothers:  Thomas Coulter of Nashville, Tennessee, Sydney Coulter of Moreland, Donald Lee (Ruth) Coulter of Moreland, David (Ellie) Coulter of Massachusetts, and Gary (Mary) Coulter of South Carolina; 5 grandchildren:  Jacob Coulter, Chase Coulter, Jayden Sibley, Katherine Coulter, and Noah Coulter.

He was preceded in death by 5 sisters: Geraldine Coulter, Anna Margaret Curtis, Shirley Toadvine, Doris Stafford, and Wilma Adams; 3 brothers: Harold Coulter, Steve Coulter, and Glenn Coulter; and a grandchild, Tori Coulter.

Honoring his wishes, he will be cremated.
