Terry Lynn Cook, 64, of Danville passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. Born in Stanford on November 16, 1960, he was the son of Betty Joe Robbins Cook and Chester Cook.

Terry was a wonderful husband to Lisa, father to Christopher, and Poppi to Emma.  He also loved picking on his daughter-in-law, Holly. He enjoyed coaching Christopher in basketball, football, and baseball and wanted him to have every opportunity that he didn't have growing up.

Terry was self-employed and a "Jack of all trades". He was an extremely hard worker and would do anything for anyone. Terry was a wonderful person. He enjoyed hunting, going to the lake, and playing golf. Terry loved UK basketball and football. The Pitino era was his favorite, but he really liked Pope too. Terry was a member of Indian Hills Christian Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Lisa Underwood Cook, of Danville; son, Christopher Ray O'Neal Cook, and his wife, Holly, of Danville; his granddaughter, Emma Kate Cook; brothers, Scottie (Lesa) Cook and Danny Cook of Stanford; and sister, Connie (Scot) Tankersley of Stanford.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Indian Hills Christian Church in Danville. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Rev. Lance Ladd will be officiating.
