Steve Henry Douglas, 83, of Junction City passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024.  Born July 16, 1940, he was the son of the late Roy B. and Alpha Mae Cutter Douglas.

Steve was a good dad, a good man, and an excellent carpenter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Steve Douglas and Troy Douglas; brothers, LeeRoy Douglas and Billy Douglas; and sisters: Etta B. Irvine, Clara Pemberton, and Margie Abbot.

He is survived by three sons:  Jeremy (Holley) King of Junction City, Brandon Douglas of Stanford, and Jarod Douglas (Tasha Wiser) of Junction City; brother, Jim Douglas of Junction City; ten grandchildren: Devin, Makaylee, and Tucker King, Malachi Oakley, Jaxon Anness, Jordan Watters, Kayla Douglas, Hannah Douglas, Landon Douglas, and Landree Douglas; and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation is 5-8 pm, Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral Service is 11 am, Friday with Bro. Matthew Robbins officiating.  Pallbearers are Chad Douglas, Jeremy King, Jarod Douglas, Brandon Douglas, David Owens, and Timmie Douglas.  Burial is in Hustonville Cemetery.  A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com
