Stella Ann Lynn Johnson, 89, of Casey County passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.  Born March 6, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Raymon and Edna Mae Watson Lynn.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Thomas Johnson; son, Jamie Johnson; daughter, Barbara Schallenberg; sister, Lois Jean Farris; brothers, Cloyd and Vernon Lynn; 3 grandchildren; 2 great- grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Stella had worked at Green River Nursing Home and always helped her husband on the farm.  She was a wonderful wife and mother, and she loved her dog, Trouble.

Stella is survived by 2 sons, Thomas (Delores) Johnson and Ronnie Lee (Patricia) Johnson, both of Casey County; 2 daughters, Emma Jean Hartley of Danville and Jennifer Mae (Jesse) Richards of Hustonville; 2 sisters, Loretta Crawley of Hustonville and Myrtle Marie Philpot of PA; 19 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation is 5-8 PM Sunday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  The Funeral Service will be at 11 AM on Monday at the funeral home with Bro. Ricky Rogers officiating.  Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery.  Pallbearers are James Paul Lyons, Billy Lyons, Shawn Coffman, Rodney Johnson, Willie Sharp, Tommy Goode, Ronnie Goode, Bobby Lee Johnson, and Billy Ray Johnson.  A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
