Shawn Keith "Bubba" Sargent, 45, of Danville passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025.  Born April 6, 1979, he was the son of the late Keith Sargent and Linda Coontz Todd. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Ricky Hale and Josh Sargent; grandchild, Kyelynn; and special uncle, Donald Ray Coontz.

Shawn is survived by 2 daughters, Jenna (Kellen) Gentry of Liberty and Desiree (Caden) Pearce of Danville; son, Blake Sargent of Harrodsburg; sister, Sherry (Joey) Smith; maternal grandmother, Margaret Coontz of Stanford; grandchildren: Jaxson, Harper, and Lincoln; and aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Shawn loved working on race cars and fishing.
