Rosemary Bugg Baker, 84, of Perryville, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023, at home surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Danville on April 27, 1939, she was the daughter of the late William Garnett and Lucille Russell Bugg.

Rosemary was a member of Mitchellsburg Baptist Church. She loved to cook, listen to gospel music, and shop. Most of all, Rosemary loved to be surrounded by children.

Rosemary is survived by her daughters, Janet (Phillip) Crowe of Perryville, Charlotte (George) Brammer of Elizabethtown, and Tina Baker of Perryville; two grandchildren, Mary Beth (Anthony) Belcher of Perryville and Jessica (Jairus) McLaughlin of Lawrenceburg, who she raised like her children; nine grandchildren: Jason, Elizabeth, Twanna, Holly, Felicia, Austin, Alisha, Stacy, and Lauren; and 17 great-grandchildren with another due in March.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Andrew Baker; a son, Roy Lee Baker; and a sister, Joyce Robinson.

Visitation is 5:00 PM-8:00 PM, Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. There will also be visitation from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM Friday at Mitchellsburg Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Bro. Butch Pennington officiating. Burial is at Hillcrest Cemetery in Perryville. Pallbearers will be Chris Atherton, Josh Timbers, Alex Moore, Jason Brammer, Austin Crowe, and Brian Waters. Honorary Pallbearers are Benny Aquilar-Moreno, Jairus McLaughlin, Anthony Belcher, and Doug and Barbara Lester.
