Romey Albert Lilly, 84, of Stanford passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020.  Born December 18, 1935, he was the son of the late Albert Lilly and Florence Tomlin Browning.  He was retired from Horvitz Construction.  He was preceded in death by wife, Christine Lilly; brothers: Cleitus, Sherman, and Grady; and sisters, Wanda Sondles and Ereta Atkins.

Romey is survived by his son, Johnny Beashears of Stanford; daughter, Lisa (Jeremy) Goodin of Stanford; brother, Harold (Janet) Browning of  SC ; sister-in-law, Kay Lilly of Stanford; grandchildren:  J.D., Tyler, and Savannah Goodin and Devon (Dana) Batista; and great grandchildren, Adrian and Eli Batista.

Visitation is 5-8 pm Monday at W.L Pruitt Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 am, Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Johnny Goodin with burial at Buffalo Springs Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Jeremy Goodin, J.D. Goodin, Tyler Goodin, Devon Batista, Johnny Beashears, Johnathon Goodin, and Jacob Adams.  Honorary pallbearer is Savannah Goodin and Michael Goodin.   A guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
