Robert Gregg Reed, 83, of Stanford passed away at his home on Friday, August 16, 2024.  Born March 14, 1941, he was the son of the late Robert L. and Ruth Compton Reed.

Bob was a retired barber and farmer.  He was a member of South Fork Baptist Church and enjoyed watching UK basketball.

Survivors include his daughter, Monica King of Stanford; grandchildren: Logan Reed (Melissa), Christopher King, and Gentry King, all of Stanford; and brothers: Danny (Gladys) Reed of McKinney, Mark (Shelia) Reed of Stanford, and Mike (Linda) Reed of Stanford.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Benny Reed and sisters: Betty Jo Graves, Evelyn Bair, and Carlyn Rozen.

Visitation is 4-6 pm, Monday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  A Funeral Service will follow at 6 pm, Monday.
