Ricky Dean Griffin, 64, of Geneva passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024.  Born March 18, 1960, he was the son of the late Ed and Vina Foley Martin and the biological son of Raymond and Reva Dishon Griffin.

Ricky was a retired plumber.  He enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his family.

Ricky is survived by his wife of 38 years, Wanda Fay Johnson Griffin; daughter, Marsha Maggard of Stanford; sons: Chris Brock of Stanford, Jeffrey (Flo) Smith of Danville, and Gregory Smith of Hustonville; brothers: Paul Martin, Rocky (Cincy) Griffin, Cecil (Sue) Griffin, and Randy (Darlene) Griffin; sister, Mary (Steve) Smith; 4 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren: and 1 great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by brothers: Johnny Griffin, Tommy Griffin, Jimmy Griffin, Elmer Griffin, Joe Griffin, Marvin Griffin and Cletus Griffin; sisters, Vivian Martin, Linda Goodin, and Bertha Spradlin; and by 2 grandchildren.

Visitation is 11am-1pm Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral Service will follow at 1 pm with Bro. Roger Stevens officiating. Burial is in Buffalo Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers are Ricky Payton, Caleb Gregory, Jeremy Goodin, J.D. Goodin, Tyler Goodin, Michael Goodin, and Jonathan Goodin. Honorary pallbearers are James Goodin, Jr., Greg Smith, Jeff Smith, and Chuck Payton.
