Richard "Rich" Stratton, Jr., 46, of Moreland passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022.  Born May 22, 1976, he was the son of Barbara Phillips of Kings Mt. and the late Richard Stratton, Sr.

Richard loved karaoke, singing, and dancing. He enjoyed pitching cornhole with the Bag Bullies League, playing poker, and bowling with Friday Friends.  He also loved gambling, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.  Richard was a gifted artist and could draw or paint anything.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Sue Vaughn Stratton; son, Eric (Cheyanne) Stratton of Moreland; daughter, Ashley (Matthew) Ray of Lancaster; brother, Christopher Naylor of McKinney; sister, Elizabeth Baker of Highland; four grandchildren:  Caiden, Emalyn, Hannah, and Carter; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation is 5-8 pm, Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral Service is 11 am, Friday with Bro. Kevin Pittman officiating. Pallbearers are Eric Stratton, Tony Brown, Phillip Patterson, Mikel Vaughn, Matthew Ray, and Darren Garris.  Burial is in Parksville Cemetery.
