Phyllis Jean Steinberger Middleton, 75, of Perryville passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Born in Dayton, Ohio on February 9, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Edward J. and Genevieve Barnett Steinberger.

Survivors include her 3 children: Cheryl (Brian) Johnson of Butler, Ohio, Jackie B. Love (Kim Hendren) of Lexington, and William Lee "Billy" Love (Stephanie Wilcher) of Moreland; 18 grandchildren Landon (Denise) Walker, Kylor (Amber) Walker, Chanse (Jimmy) Lutz, Nathan Love (Jessica), Justin (Samantha) Love, Brittany (Jared) Ayres, Jennifer Love, Sarah (Jordan) Lang, Hannah (David) Defever, Ali (Hunter) Evans, Maija (Stuart) Brenkis, Bradley (Alaina) Johnson, Jessica (Brandon) Wellert, Damian Johnson, Lakeisha Caudill (Eugene Beatty), Tonya Turner (Dave Lovin), Brandon (Caitlyn) Rogers, Cherish (Jacob Duggins); and 35 great-grandchildren.

Phyllis was preceded in death by one son, Richard Kevin "Ricky" Love; one brother, Dana Steinberger, and companion, Billy Woodall.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 30, 2023, 1:00pm-3:00pm. Funeral service to follow at 3:00pm with Bro. Junior Fields officiating. The burial will be at Bellevue Cemetery, Monday, May 1, 2023, at 11:00am. Pallbearers are Landon Walker, Kylor Walker, Nathan Love, Justin Love, Jared Ayres, and Jimmy Lutz. Honorary Pallbearers are Gary Phillips and Darrell Steinberger.
