Phyllis Jean Asbury Pendygraft, 77, of Danville passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026.  Born November 1, 1948, she was the daughter of the late John L. and Flora Lee Lane Asbury.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Wesley Pendygraft; sisters: Loraine Darland, Lyda Asbury, and Modene Asbury.

Phyllis is survived by her sons, Scott (Diane) Pendygraft of Danville and John (Devanni) Pendygraft of IN; daughter, Lisa Dolan of FL; brother, Gilbert Asbury of Danville; grandchildren: Christopher Lee (Bianca) Hansche of Danville, Christopher Scott Pendygraft of Lincoln County, Sara (Michael) Bugg of Danville, Heather (Logan) Early of Danville, Hunter Pendygraft of IN, Dylan Pendygraft of IN, Ethan Dolan of FL, Alex Dolan of FL, and Falon Dolan of FL; and great grandchildren: Matthew, Emily, C.J., Benjamin, Carson, Nicholas, Skylar, and Blakelyn.

Honoring her wishes, there will be no services scheduled.
