Paul Denton Taylor, 81, of Waynesburg passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023.   Born November 21, 1941, he was the son of the late Homer and Alean Dugger Taylor. Paul had worked as a dairy farmer his entire life.  He loved woodworking and he made beautiful furniture. He was a good person and a very good friend.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Sue Long Taylor; sisters: Barbara Young, Phyllis Floyd, and Velma Messenger; and brother, David Taylor.

Paul is survived by his son; Richard Taylor of Waynesburg; brother, Eugene Taylor of Stanford; sisters, Vena Long of Hustonville and Sarah (Frank) Floyd of Inez; friend and caregiver, Joyce Mitchell of Waynesburg; and special friends, Robert Floyd (Wanetta Gibson) of Waynesburg.

His wish to be cremated is being honored and there will be no public services.
