Patsy Lee Mullins Treadway, 66, of Harrodsburg passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021.  Born March 8, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Homer J. and Ellie Lee Griffin Mullins. Patsy was a member of Mitchellsburg Church of God.  She loved going to church and loved her family dearly.  Patsy never met a stranger.  She enjoyed shopping and playing bingo.

Patsy is survived by her husband of 50 years, Earl Treadway, Sr; sons, Darrell Treadway of Harrodsburg and Earl (Melissa) Treadway, Jr of Anderson County; daughter, Christy (Donald) Lyons, Jr. of Lincoln County; brothers, Mike (Lisa) Mullins of Crab Orchard and Harold (Doris) Mullins of Harrodsburg; thirteen grandchildren: Savannah, Breanna, Sierrah, Taylor, Makayla, McKenzie, Darrell, Jr., Dillon, Brittany, Rosie, Brian, Austin, and Zack;  and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation is 5-8 pm, Wednesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral Service is 12 noon, Thursday at Mitchellsburg Church of God with Rev. Larry Moore officiating. Pallbearers are her grandsons:  Austin Hines, Zach Lyons, Brian Cloyd, Dillion Treadway, Taylor Adams, and Michael Mullins.  Burial is in Perryville Cemetery.  A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com .
