Melody Ann Sears, 49, of Junction City passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021.  Born May 27, 1972, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Edgar Sears and JoAnn Holley Himes.

Melody is survived by her brother, Ernie Sears of Danville; stepfather, Lewis Himes of Danville; stepsister, Crystal Roberts of Richmond; boyfriend, Randy Denny of Junction City; Sarah Brown of Danville who Melody thought of like a sister; and several aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends from the "White Barn".

Visitation is 6-8 pm, Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  A Funeral Service will be held at 1 pm, Friday with burial in Moreland Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Jeffrey Dixon, Stan McMurray, Jacob Keeton, Jimbo Carlton, Jimmy Carlton, Randy Denny, Mike Keeton, and Manning Belcher.
