Mary Emily Davis Newton, 64, of Danville passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.  Born November 2, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Ora V. Davis and Willa Dake Fleenor.

Mary had been a truck driver.  She was also a licensed practical nurse that taught CNA classes.  Most of all, she was a dedicated and loving mother and grandmother.  She was "one of a kind."

Survivors include her two sons, Eric (Stacy) Price of Liberty and David Ashley Price of Salvisa; stepmother, Phyllis Davis of Danville; brothers: Jim Davis (Jennie Smith) of Junction City, Craig Davis of Oklahoma, Randy Brown of Pennsylvania, and Paul Dake of Washington; two grandchildren, Morgan Price and Jacob Price; and four great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Davis.
