Marji Lynn Bennett Settles, 69, of Shelbyville passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.  Born October 1, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Harlan Otto and Mary Etta Troutman Bennett.

Marji is survived by her husband of 50 years, Kenny Settles; daughters, Amanda (Delmer) Fox of Bedford and Aimee Settles of Taylorsville; and son, Jason Settles of Louisville.  Marji is survived by six loving grandchildren: Mackenzie, Lauren, Malaki, Seanna, Dawson, and Cameron; three brothers: Larry (Sue) Bennett of Bardstown, Pat Bennett of Danville, and Clevie Bennett of Vincennes, IN; and sister, Jennifer Borders (John) Collins of Linville, NC. She was preceded in death by twin grandsons, Nicholas James and Delmer Logan Fox, Jr and by a brother, Randall Jolley.
