Margaret Louverna Wilcher, 89, of Geneva passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021.  Born November 6, 1931, she was the daughter of the late John and Ethel Jones Lay.  Louverna was a member of Green River Pentecostal Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Wilcher; brother, Samuel Lay; and sister, Thelma Lay.

Survivors include sons: Kelly Wilcher of Lancaster, Bobby (Lois) Wilcher of Geneva, and David (Ann) Wilcher of IN; daughters, Peggy (Rick) Raider of Danville and Barbara (Sam) Polston of Stanford; sisters, Dessie Lay of McKinney and Alma Wilcher of McKinney; nine grandchildren; Josh Wilcher, Misty (Steve) Roberts, Shelley (Amber) Barrett, Farrah (Boyd) Coleman, Bruce (Sherry) Brown, Tommy (Kimberly) Turner, Tiffany Raider, Cody Polston (Nick Wade), and Drayden Polston; nineteen great grandchildren: and nine great-great grandchildren.

Visitation is 6-8 pm, Sunday and 11am-1pm, Monday at Green River Pentecostal Church.  Funeral Service will follow at 1 pm, Monday with Rev. Rick Naylor officiating.  Burial is in Wilcher Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jackie Wilcher, Terry Wilcher, Prentice Hubble, Johnny Brown, Ersel Brown, and Russell Brown.  Honorary pallbearers are John Hasty, Don Poynter, Bobby Brown, and Dale Reed.
