Linda Lee Young Daugherty, 74, of Danville went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 12, 2022.  Born in Danville on December 27, 1947, she was the daughter of Ruth McKee Young of Alum Springs and the late Robert Young.  She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Danny Daugherty.

Linda had worked at Kentucky Utilities as a customer service representative for many years before retirement.  She enjoyed reading, was faithful in all she did, loved God, and was a member of Faith Fellowship Church in Danville.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her son, Daniel Jordan "DJ" Daughterty, of Danville, and her brother, Robbie Kenneth Young, of Danville.

A visitation will be held from 6-9 PM Monday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life for Linda will be held Sunday, May 22, 2022, at 11 AM at Perryville United Methodist Church by Bro. Doug Lester.
