Larry Wayne Cummins, 57, of Danville passed away at his home on Monday, March 13, 2023.  Born December 25, 1965, he was the son of Wayne and Brenda Lay Cummins.

Larry was a graduate of Lincoln County High School Class of 1983, attended Maxey Valley Church of God, and was employed by Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center as a courier.  He loved music and enjoyed playing the guitar.  Larry  was an avid Louisville Cardinal fan.

In addition to his parents, he was survived by his two sons, Austin Cummins of Moreland and Nathaniel "Nate" Cummins of Danville; brother, Lewis (Jackie) Cummins of Waynesburg; sister, Letisha (Glenn) Atwood of Stanford; and six nephews.  He was preceded in death by a great niece, Leah Cordier.

Visitation is 5-8 pm, Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral Service is 1 pm, Friday with Rev. Jake Yaden and Rev. Lowell Lay officiating. Burial is in Hustonville Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Carl-Lewis Cummins, Royce Cummins, Trey Cummins, Josh Cummins, Corey Cummins, Dustin Cordier, Joseph Followell, and Timmy Lane.  Honorary pallbearers are his cousins: Dana Padgett, Rodney Claunch, Stacey Durham, Michelle Brinkman, and Danny Lay.  Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com
