Landon Patrick Owens, 31, of Frankfort, Kentucky passed away Monday, November 6, 2023. Born January 21, 1992, in Danville, Kentucky, he was the son of Barbara Boyd of Warsaw, Kentucky and David (Marlena) Owens of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Landon was an avid music enthusiast who loved his family and kids more than anything. He had a passion for the beach, making things go fast, nice clothes, and shoes. He enjoyed making beats, funny videos, and cooking for all of his family.

Along with his parents, Landon is survived by his wife of 14 years, Britteny Brooks-Owens; three children: Aubrey Owens, Knox Owens, and Blakelynn Owens, all of Rossville, Georgia; two brothers, David (Kayla) Owens of Frankfort, Kentucky and Louis (Terri Jo) Owens of Warsaw, Kentucky; two sisters, Melissa (Timothy) Simpson of Liberty, Kentucky and Katie Rayborn of Junction City, Kentucky. One stepsister, Stasha Carpenter of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Nine nieces: Aubree Clay, Lacey, Sarah, Ricki, Ahna, Avery, Cameron, Kristin, and Tailor. Seven nephews: Jayce, Kason, Lane, Alex, Chase, Aiden, and Liam; maternal grandmother, Geneva Boyd of Danville, Kentucky; paternal grandmother, Carol Owens of Junction City, Kentucky; mother-in-law, Shirley Johnson of Georgia; and father-in-law, Tim (Jan) Brooks of Georgia.

Landon was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charles Owens; maternal grandfather, Logan Boyd; and nephew, Austin Owens.

Visitation is 11am-1pm, Thursday, November 9, 2023, at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1 pm, Thursday with Bro. Rich Mays officiating.  Burial will be at Junction City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Knox Owens, Jayce Owens, David Lee Owens, Louis Owens, David Owens, Jordan Kincaid, and David Browning.

Honorary pallbearers will be Barbara Boyd, Aubrey Owens, Blakelynn Owens, Aubree Owens, Lacey Owens, Kayla Owens, and Terri Jo Owens.
