Jonathan Ryan Vaught, 39, of Waynesburg passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021.  Born July 5, 1982, he was the son of Tammy Lynn Parker Vaught and the late John Gilmer Vaught.  A US Coast Guard veteran, he was presently employed at Berry Plastics where he worked as a Quality Technician.  Ryan was a loving and devoted husband, son, daddy, and brother.  He loved people, animals, and music.  His favorite pastime was being a drummer, having played with various bands throughout the years.

In addition to his mother, Ryan is survived by his wife, Misty Combs Vaught; daughters: Emma Vaught, Andrea Vaught, Hannah Vaught, Raitree McKinney, and Harbor McKinney; sons, Kreek McKinney and Daxton Vaught; sister, Dara Vaught of Hustonville; nephews, Parker Rayborn and Connor Ryan Rayborn; mother of his children, Joni Bodner of Hustonville; mother-in-law, Trish Caudill of Waynesburg; father-in-law, Gary Combs of TN; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, including a special aunt, Jeannine (Matt) Lakes of Richmond.

Visitation is 11 am-1pm, Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  A Funeral Service will follow at 1 pm with his best friend, Matthew Monnett officiating. Pallbearers are Parker Rayborn, Matt Monnett, Berek Bodner, Rob Bodner, Taylor Elliott, and Gary Combs.  Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery.  A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
