John W. Clements, 60, of Nicholasville passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, after a long battle with cancer.  Born October 24, 1964, he was the son of Lloyd Wayne (Ellen) Clements of Danville and the late Phyllis Turner Rountree.

John was a US Army veteran. He had worked for Norfolk-Southern and for Irail Railroad System as a locomotive engineer across the United States. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and shooting guns.  John was a great outdoorsman.

Survivors include his son, John Tyler (Megan) Clements of Liberty; daughter, Sarah (Clay) Wolfe of Cincinnati; sisters, Pam (Jeff) Lucas of Versailles and Teresa (Tommy) Richardson of Chattanooga, TN; 3 grandchildren: Ethan Wolfe, Aiden Wolfe, and Piper Clements; and 2 great- grandchildren:  Sage and Renesemee.

Visitation is 5-7 PM Monday, January 13, 2025, at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  A Memorial Service will follow at 7 PM with Rev. David Smith officiating.  A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
