Jesse Howard Terrell, 77, of Lancaster, passed on Friday, February 24, 2023. Born November 15, 1945, in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late William Roscoe Terrell and Fannie Mullins Terrell.

Jesse loved fishing and playing with his dogs, Trixie and Sweet Pea. He enjoyed watching TV, especially NASCAR and UK basketball.

Jesse was survived by two sons: James Howard Terrell Sr. of Lancaster and Shawn Couch of Lexington; two stepsons, Roger Harris and Rodney Harris of Danville; one grandson, James Howard Terrell Jr.; two sisters, Connie Tate and Bonnie Wren, both of Danville; his girlfriend, Doris J. Shepperson of Lancaster; and a friend, Loretta Perkins of Lancaster, who he loved like a daughter.
