Jeffrey Alan Jewel, 65, of Hustonville passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025. Born in Vincennes, Indiana on July 24, 1959, he was the son of the late Carl and Joan Wetzel Jewel.

Jeff was employed at Danville Chamber of Commerce and was the Director of the Danville Farmer's Market. Jeff took great pride in taking care of Danville.  He loved his dog Birdie, and his cats: Raleigh, Queso, and Nacho.  Jeff also enjoyed the Mountains and spending time out West.

Jeff is survived by his cousins: James David (Julia) Murphy of WV, Dee Dee (Tommy) Martin of TX, Debbie (Polo) Luera of TX, John Murphy of AR,
Nena (Allen) Parker, Shirley (Greg) Ross, and Mark (Lynn) Wetzel, all of Indiana; and numerous other cousins.
