Lois Jeanette Hall Jeffries, 95, of Moreland passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Born July 9, 1928, she was the daughter of the late George Marion and Annie Lynn Hall.
Jeanette was a member of Moreland Christian Church. She enjoyed working "picture puzzles" with her friends and spending time with her family.
Jeanette is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Jim) Kelley and son, Paul (Glenda) Jeffries, both of Moreland; sisters: Geneva Price, Edna Allen, and Alta Whited, all of Liberty; 7 grandchildren: Chris (Kayla) Jeffries, Kendra Mitchell (Josh Abbott), Brian Kelley, Linda (Joe) Dewees, Lee Ann (Brad) Smith, Chris (Jeannie) Cooper, and Candace (Jeremy) McAninch; 11 great grandchildren: Teron Mitchell, Hailey (Tanner) McGuffey, Hannah Jeffries, Jackson Smith, Brayden Smith, Rebecca Smith, Morgan Cooper, Mallorie Cooper, Tanner McAninch, Jansen McAninch, and Gatlin McAninch; and a great-great grandchild, Nash McGuffey.
In addition to her parents, Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband, Othel Jeffries; sister, Jenny Bernard; and brothers: Arnold, Jim, and Walter Hall and Sterling Smithers.
Visitation is 11am-1pm, Saturday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 1 pm with Rev. David Smith officiating. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery. Pallbearers are Joe Dewees, Brad Smith, Brian Kelley, Chris Jeffries, Chris Cooper, and Teron Mitchell. A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
