James D. Richards, 77, of Danville, IN passed away at his residence on February 27, 2021.  Born April 14, 1943 in Liberty, KY, he was the son of the late Ernest and Myrtle Snow Richards. He liked car racing – Indy and Nascar.  He collected old racing cars, enjoyed yard work, and liked to go to the Casinos.

J.D.  is survived by his wife, Margaret Diane Richards; sister, Mary Etta Hale of Hustonville; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda Faye Richards; brother, Eugene Richards; and sister, Hazel Joan Roberts.

Visitation is 11am-1pm, Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home in Hustonville, KY.  A Funeral Service will follow at 1 pm with Bro. Brent Huggins officiating. Pallbearers are Steve Reichenbach, Michael Hale, Jamie Daniels, Ernest Richards, and Carter Stewart.  Burial is in Hustonville Cemetery.
