Janice Marie West Sargent, 80, of Moreland passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020.  Born April 19, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Lucion and Mary Ruth Henry West.  She enjoyed reading and was an avid UK Basketball fan.  She loved her kids and grandkids and was of the Baptist Faith.

Janice is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Larry) Reardon of Moreland; son, Michael (Teresa) Crowe of Moreland; sisters, Mary Alice White of Harrodsburg and Betty (Edward) Braun of PA; eleven grandchildren:  David Crowe, Kimberly (Steve) Gorman, Scott (Richelle) Crowe, Amy (Mark) Webb, Chris (Candace) Crowe, Melody Crowe, Brian (Jaime) Reardon, Cindi (Scott) Cross, Sean (Amber) Reardon, Shannon Crowe, and Jenny Six; and 18 great grandchildren:  Michael, Steven and Kennady Crowe, Jacob and Lucas Gorman, Violet and Wyatt Crowe, Jackson and Shelbi Webb, Morgan, Trinity, and Riley Crowe, Blakley Stanelle, Briana Reardon, Tristan and Mckinley Brewster, and Arsyn and Braelyn Reardon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Sargent; sons, Jeffery and Kevin Crowe; and siblings:  Dorothy West, Bobby West, Bessie West, Shirley West, and Jackie West.

Visitation is 11 am – 1 pm, Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral will follow at 1 pm Friday with Bro. Ronnie Lee officiating. Burial is in Danville Bellevue Cemetery.
