Gerald Caulder, 64, of Danville passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on December 5, 1960, to the late Phyllis Smith Caulder and Fredrick Caulder, Jr.

Gerald worked at Timberland in Danville for many years. He loved to read and garden, watch westerns, and spend time with his family and friends.

He is survived by 2 brothers: Kevin Caulder and Jonathan Caulder, both of Danville; 2 sisters: Melanie Caulder of Danville and Glenda Caulder of Lexington; 2 nephews: Michael (Mehret) Caulder of Maryland and David Denny of Danville; 1 great-nephew: Jayven Caulder; and 2 great-nieces: Jada Caulder and Tavairra Caulder and her children: Korryn, Codi, and Kasai.

Visitation will be Friday, August 1, 2025, beginning at 11 AM with funeral following at 1 PM at Second Street Christian Church, Danville. Pastor Dennis Miller will officiate. Burial will follow in Hill Dale Cemetery.
