Estel Louis Richards, 65, of Liberty passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Born in Lebanon on May 17, 1960, he was the son of the late Claude and Sheila Cox Richards.

Louis enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved to be outdoors.

Louis is survived by his daughters: Shantilla (Scott) Rousey of Junction City and Telisha (Jason) Spears of Junction City; sons: Ryan Richards of Campbellsville and Brian Richards, of Campbellsville; sisters: Melinda (Jeff) Garland of Perryville and Susan Coffman of Liberty; brothers: A.C. (Barb) Richards of Hustonville, Claud (Jennifer) Richards of Stanford, Jesse (Jennifer) Richards of Hustonville, and David Richards of Liberty; and a grandchild, Cacey Rousey.

Visitation is 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM Saturday, November 8, 2025, at W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM with Bro. David Gambrel officiating. Burial will follow at Elder Cemetery. Pallbearers will be A.C. Richards, Claud Richards, Jesse Richards, David Richards, Daniel Clarkson, and Jeff Garland. Honorary pallbearers are Tommy and Kim Cummins, Bobby Cummins, and Kim Jones.
