Elzie Floyd Bernard, 71, of Stanford passed away at his residence on January 29, 2022. Born February 5, 1950, he was the son of the late Robert and Ora Mae Smith Bernard.  He is survived by his brother, Robert (Karen) Bernard of Stanford and nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Elzie was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Bernard and brothers, Artie Dale Bernard and Dennis Bernard.

A Funeral Service is planned for 2 pm, Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home with Sister Martha Shell officiating.  Visitation is the hour prior to the service, 1-2 pm, Tuesday.     A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com .
