Donita Faye Calhoun Wright, 58, of Liberty passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Born September 8, 1965, she was the daughter of Kenneth Richard and Madonna Florene Clarkston Calhoun of Liberty.  Donita was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Wright.

Donita was a member of Hilltop Trinity Full Gospel Tabernacle.  She loved singing at church and had a beautiful voice.  She also enjoyed working in her flower gardens, visiting the pumpkin patch in the fall, and traveling.  Donita was a joy to be around.  She loved people and never met a stranger.

Donita is survived by her daughter, Lindsey Howard of Liberty; sisters, Brenda Melson of Liberty and Angie Brown of Somerset; and brother, Richard (Cathy) Calhoun of Somerset.

Visitation is 11am-1pm, Tuesday at Hilltop Trinity Full Gospel Tabernacle.  Her Funeral Service will follow at 1pm with Bro. Donald Clark officiating.  Burial is in Hilltop Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Travis Calhoun, Stanley Calhoun, Matthew Calhoun, Tyler Calhoun, Zack Evitts, and Mike Kidman.  A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
