Delois Belle Ferrell Southerland, 79, of Junction City passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021.  Born February 15, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Wallace "Bucky" and Oma Todd Ferrell.  She was a member of Junction City First Baptist Church.

Delois was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Junior Southerland; grandson, Israel David Carey, son-in-law, Junior Carey; brother, Norman Ferrell; and sister, Linda Duggins.  She is survived by 4 sons:  Greg (Melissa) Southerland of Geneva, Roger (Janet) Southerland of Hustonville, Brian (Tracie) Southerland of Hustonville, and Dewayne Southerland of Georgetown; 4 daughters:  Freda (Kim) Shepherd of Lancaster, Beverly (Ricky) Watts of Danville, Glorita (Ricky) Denson of Stanford, and Tracy (Jeff) Brown of Stanford; 3 brothers:  Wendell (Pam) Ferrell of NC, Ronald "Ron" (Mary) Ferrell of Parksville, and David (Anita) Ferrell of Danville; 42 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is 4-8 pm Sunday and after 11 am Monday at Junction City First Baptist.   Funeral Service is 1 pm,Monday with Bro. Choe Sergent and Bro. JR Fields officiating.  Burial is in Butchertown Cemetery with her grandsons serving as pallbearers. Pallbearers are Jeremy Southerland, Eric Carey, Jeffrey King, Joshua Denson, Matthew Brown, Joshua Southerland, and Ethan Southerland.
