Dawn Marie Schmiers Hodge, 61, of Crab Orchard passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022.  Born August 26, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Richard Henry and Mary Faith Shcmiers.  Dawn was also preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Eugene Hodge; sister, Terri P. Carpenter, and brothers, James "Chuck" Schmiers and Thomas Henry Schmiers.

Dawn is survived by a sister, Josephine (Joseph) Hodge of Crab Orchard; brother, John Lewis (Vicki) Schmiers of Lexington; sister-in-law, Dolly Schmiers; many nieces and nephews, including James Owen (Melissa) Hodge of Waynesburg and Shannon (Kevin) Watson of Stanford; and children she loved like they were her own family, Mary and Alycia Cromer.

Dawn loved Elvis. She liked to eat, watch TV and play games on her cell phone.  She enjoyed spending time with her family.
