David Wayne Tate, 47, of Nicholasville, KY passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021.  Born November 7, 1974, in Louisville, KY, he was the son of Carol Montgomery Tate of Moreland and the late Ray Samuel Tate.  David worked as a handyman and in construction.  He loved music,  art, and could play most any instrument.  He loved to sing, play the guitar, and enjoyed drawing.

Survivors include a daughter, Isabella Tate of Louisville; sons, Dylan (Yolanda) Tate of Campbellsville and Caleb Tate of McKinney; sisters, Shona (Tim) Royce of Hustonville and Tabatha Boyd of Moreland; brothers, Lewis Allen Bishop of Louisville and Chad Tate of Hustonville; and his girlfriend, Haley Walden of Lancaster.  David was preceded in death by a brother, Shawn Tate.
