Connie Mae Richards Greene, 68, of Lawrenceburg, formerly of Stanford, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 1, 2022.  Born on April 19, 1954, she was the daughter of the late William Arthur and Helen Marie Traylor Richards.

Connie worked at Affinia Brake Parts for over 20 years and had currently worked for Dana Corporation in Danville. Connie was a member of Shelby Baptist Church in Junction City.

She is survived by a daughter, Rebekah Nicole Greene (Jonathan) Sharp of Lawrenceburg; a son, Freddie Dale Clyde Greene of Junction City; three brothers: James Kenneth (Gail) Richards, Howard "Henry" Richards, and John (Brenda) Richards, all of Hustonville; three sisters: Nancy Clark of Ohio, Paula Maddox of Crab Orchard, and Lois Richards (Luther Riley) of Corbin.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 5 siblings: William Eugene Richards, Edgar Harold Richards, Frieda Martin, Ivan Harold Richards, and Jessica Carol Richards.

Funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home with Bro. Junior Fields officiating and burial to follow in Hustonville Cemetery.   Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Edgar Richards, Billy Richards, Bob Martin, Brandon Richards, Jacob Spears, and Gary Greene.
