Clara Jean Douglas Pemberton, 83, of Moreland passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Madison Heath and Rehab in Richmond, KY. Born December 19, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Alpha Cutter Douglas.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Pemberton; two sons, Earl Pemberton, Jr. and Jerry Pemberton; brother, Leroy Douglas; sisters, Etta Bea Irvine and Margie Abbot; and special friend, Richard Cross.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Larry) Fife of Louisville; brothers:  Billy Douglas, Steve Douglas, and Jim (Rita) Douglas, all of Junction City; two step-grandchildren: Todd Carmickle and Allison Pollard; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews.

Visitation is 12-2 pm, Sunday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral Service is at 2 pm by Bro. Ronnie Lee with burial in Hustonville Cemetery.  A guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
