Cheryl Jean Hampton Benedict, 75, of Parksville passed away at her residence on Friday, December 11, 2020.  Born August 19, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Doug and Mable Davis Hampton.

Cheryl was retired from KSD where she had worked as a house parent.  She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Steve Stanley Benedict; sons, Bryan (Donna) Benedict of Parksville and Steve Benedict of Columbia; brother, Rodney (Carmen) Hampton of Danville; and grandchildren, Danyell Wells and John Paul Blanton.
