Carol June Honaker Wilson, 78, of Junction City went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Born in Parksville on July 7, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Grace Baugh Honaker and Nathan Honaker.

She was a member of Perryville Church of God and a longtime employee of Rogers Grocery. Carol enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and thrifting. She also enjoyed doing word searches and coloring with Bridget. Most of all, Carol enjoyed rocking on the porch with Eugene.

Carol is survived by her husband of 61 years, Eugene Wilson; sons: Barry (Judy) Wilson of Bloomfield and Shane (Tami) Wilson of Danville; 2 brothers: Frebert Honaker and Ned Honaker; sister: Alice (Curtis) Elkins; 2 step-sisters: Carolyn Clark and Janice Satterly; 5 grandchildren: Nicholas (Melody) Wilson, Miranda (Derek) Chilton; Kassidy (Ethan) Roby, Bridget (Jaden) Marks, and Sophia Wilson; and 8 great-grandchildren: Bailey, Lilly, Nolan, Eloise, Rue, Hazel, Lucas, and Olivia.

She is preceded in death by son, Jeffery Alan Wilson and siblings: Kenneth Honaker, Lenore Adams, Alan Honaker, Gene Honaker, Arnold Honaker, and Dolly Payne.

Visitation will be Friday, November 6, 2026, from 11 AM – 1 PM at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home with funeral following at 1 PM. Rev. Judy Wilson, Rev. Buck Fultz, and Rev. Jonathan Walker will officiate. Honorary pallbearers are her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
