Carol Jean Guinn Harrison, 72, of Knoxville passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025. Born March 18, 1953, in Danville, KY, she was the daughter of the late James Guinn and Sadie Upton Guinn. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 3 brothers:  George, Sam, and Bobby Guinn and 2 sisters, Juanita McGirr and Bessie Strom.

Carol liked to work out in the yard and enjoyed watching UK basketball. She also enjoyed traveling.

Carol is survived by a son, Phillip Coffman and his wife, Lisa of Danville; 3 grandchildren: Blake Coffman, Brooke Coffman, and Braydon Coffman (Sarah Brown); and 4 great grandchildren: Nathaniel, Charley, Laynie Kate, and Suzanna Coffman.
