Robonnia "Bonnie" Lee Mullins Sowder, 74, of Stanford passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.  Born February 9, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Hardin and Rosie Russell Mullins.   She worked for 16 years as a cook at Hustonville Elementary.  Bonnie was a wonderful, devoted wife.  She was the best "Nana" possible and loved spoiling her grandkids. She enjoyed shopping and was a great cook.  Bonnie never met a stranger.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Dale Sowder of Stanford; sons, Tony (Becky) Downs of Burkesville and Mike (Jennifer) Downs of Harrodsburg; stepdaughter, Lea Anne (Dewey) Edwards of Stanford; brother, Jimmy Mullins of Stanford; 13 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 1 step-great grandchild.  She was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Stephanie Murray.

Visitation is 11am-1pm, Monday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  A Funeral Service will follow at 1pm with Rev. David Smith officiating.  Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery. A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
