Billy Joe Cutter, 84, of Hustonville passed away at his home, surrounded by his family, on Saturday, February 12, 2022.  Born May 11, 1937, he was the son of the late Leslie and Maggie Jones Cutter.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Robyn Lear, five sisters, and one brother.

Billy Joe is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mildred Louise Helm Cutter; one son, Barry Joe Cutter of Hustonville; four daughters:  Pam (Russell) Shaffer of Liberty, Jill (Johnny) Scott of Liberty, Beverly Cutter of Hustonville, and Terri (Tim) Gillock of Liberty; three grandchildren:  Jamie Lear, Christopher Shaffer, and Christine Shaffer, all of Liberty; one step granddaughter, Mandy (Will) Boyle of Alabama; and two step great grandchildren, Naveah and Liahm.

Visitation is 5-8 pm, Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral Service is 11 am, Wednesday at the funeral home with Bro. Bud Stidham and Bro. Russell Shaffer officiating.  Burial is at Clearview Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Joey Ellis, Darrell Edwards, Mark Click, Tim Gillock, Johnny Scott, Davis McCowan, and AC Richards.  A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
