Betty Ann Faw Rogers, 76, of Danville passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025. Born in Somerset on August 29, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Marjorie Pauline Ballou Faw and the late Ervan Perry and Pearl Faw.
Betty was a member of Women of Faith Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church, now Ashland Baptist Church. She loved Jesus and was very giving. Betty liked to sew, read, garden, and any type of craft. She was an avid Nutcracker collector and loved to drink sweet tea, especially from McDonalds. Betty loved everyone and would always tell you.
Betty is survived by her son, Jimmy McKinney Jr. of Lexington and daughter, Stacey Wilson of Lexington; brother, Wade (Edna) Faw of TN, sister: Opal "Opie" Smith of IN, Debbie Thomason of Cave City, Cheryl (Chuck) Davis of Cave City, and Lori (Chad) Wilson of Horse Cave; Brother-in-law, Tom Lohuis of OR; grandchildren: Zakary (Elizabeth) Wilson of Campbellsville and Madisyn (Bobby) McClellan of Berea, a special friend, Jean Constable of Danville; great-grand dogs: Benny, Alfie, and Suki.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her son, Randall Dean Mckinney; sisters: Jenny Calhoun and Linda Lohuis; her dog, Gizmo; and her grand dog, Cocoa.
Visitation is 5:00pm-7:00pm, Thursday, September 11, 2025, at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow at 7:00pm with Bro. Tim Mathis officiating.
