Arvil Stinnett, 85, of Moreland passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at home. Born in Richmond on March 10, 1939, he was the son of the late Earl Taft and Hattie Gullett Stinnett. He was a United States Marine Corp. Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Stinnett. Survivors include his daughter, Deborah (Mike) Shoemaker; 1 sister, Lois Stinnett; 1 brother, Gene Stinnett; and 2 grandchildren: Douglas Shoemaker and Katherine Shoemaker.

Per Mr. Stinnett's request, cremation rites have been honored. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery at a later time. No Services are scheduled.
