Amy Jo Cummins, 55, of Danville, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. Born in Lebanon on November 28, 1968, she was the daughter of Foster Ray Followell and the late Patricia Fuell Followell.

Amy was a member of Rocky Ford Baptist Church. She was a hard worker and loved playing bingo. Amy was crazy about her grandchildren that lovingly called her Mimi.

Amy is survived by her father, Foster Ray Followell of Hustonville; son, Joseph (Cassie) Followell of Liberty; daughter, Alexis Padgett (X'Zabian Penix) of Danville; sister, Carol Followell of Bradfordsville; 5 grandchildren: Brantley and Barrett Followell and Ky'Reeze, Kh'Mani, and Za'Laya Penix; a niece Ashley Easterling and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother, Amy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Walter and Sybil Fuell, and her paternal grandparents, Elzie and Kathleen Followell.

Visitation is 5:00-8:00 pm, Monday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1:00 PM with Bro. Donovan Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Old Liberty Cemetery. Pallbearers will be X'Zabian Penix, Stephone Wilkinson, Shane Hale, Josh Cummins, Jay Easterling, and Robert Followell.
