Alice Faye Smith Payton Milam, 77, of Moreland passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020.  Born October 17, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Alma Henry Smith.

Alice is survived by her husband, Dee Milam; four sons: Chuck (Kelly) Payton of IN, Timmy Payton of Moreland, Keith (Regina) Payton of Hustonville and Robert Payton of McKinney; brother, Merrill (Roberta) Smith of Campbellsville; sisters:  Gloria Sue (Dorsey) Elmore of New Salem, Evelyn Humes of Moreland, and Ellen (Verlon) Griffin of Moreland; seventeen grandchildren: thirty-seven great grandchildren; three great- great grandchildren.  Alice was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Payton; son, Wayne Payton; grandson, Travis Payton; and brother, J.W. Smith.

Visitation is 11am-1pm, Wednesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral will follow at 1 pm with Chaplain Jonathan Grizzell officiating.  Pallbearers are Bryan Payton, Ricky Dale Payton, Dion Payton, Bradley Payton, Brandon Payton, and Jeffery Jenkins.   Burial is in New Salem Cemetery.  A guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com .
