Alice Faye Wheeler Baker, 57, of Romulus, Michigan passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023. She was b orn on October 29, 1965 in Martinsville, Indiana.

Anyone who met Alice would immediately notice her bright smile and could tell what a kind, loving person she was. Within a few minutes, she would undoubtedly share a story about the love of her life, Darryl, and how they were the perfect example of how opposites attract. She never missed an opportunity to share how proud she was of both of her daughters, Samantha and Shannon. Alice loved taking photos and had pictures of her family surrounding her, both at home and at work. Holidays were her favorite time of year. She loved decorating, gift-giving, and most importantly, spending extra time with her family. A devoted wife, loving mother, and caring friend, she will be greatly missed.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents, William George and Betty Bowmer Wheeler, and her brother, William "Bubby" Wheeler.

Alice is survived by her husband, Darryl Baker of Michigan; daughters, Samantha Baker and Shannon Baker of Michigan; brother, Chris (Brandi) Wheeler of Kentucky; and numerous extended family members and friends.
