Levi Edward Baker, 18 of Danville passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. He was born Dec. 22, 1993 and was the son of Eddie (Sheila) Baker and Pamela (Craig Daly) Worthington. He was a member of Alum Springs First Church of God and a graduate of Boyle County High School. He enjoyed Coon Hunting, Go Cart and Dirt Track Racing and Karate. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Edward Baker, Sr. and his uncle, Ernie McGirr. Other survivors include his fiancé, Candice Sallee; paternal grandparents, Ruby (Icie Lee Vaught) Baker, Ella Johnson and Carson Copeland; maternal grandparents, Irvin, Jr. and Judy Worthington; maternal great grandparents, Irvin, Sr. and Betty Worthington; step brothers: Hunter Wing, Evan, Ean, and Brandon Daly; step sisters: Kaylah Johnson and Samantha Daly; 2 uncles: Dayne Copeland and Johnny (Tammy) Worthington. Services will be at 1 PM, Thurs. at Alum Springs First Church of God 3758 Alum Springs Rd. Danville, KY 40422 by Rev. Keith Willoughby with burial in McGirr-Sandidge Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brandon Holt, Jake Henry, Evan and Ean Daly, Jason Reed, J.T. Wayne, Brandon Casey, and Hunter Wing. Honorary Pallbearers are Wesley Long, Ricky King, Tyler Satterly, Cody Floyd, Robert Taylor and the Dix River Coon Club. Visitation is 5-9 PM, Wednesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home in Moreland.
